Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add the pork and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add onion, garlic, tomatoes, peas and carrots and cook another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the pepper, bay leaf, and paprika. Reduce heat to low and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add water and bring to a boil over medium high heat. When it comes to a boil, add the spaghetti.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, or until pasta is cooked. Serve warm.
Recipe Notes

Top with parsley, red pepper flakes, or parmesan cheese.

Add 1 zucchini or summer squash with other vegetables.

Stays in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
