Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 ℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  2. In large bowl, combine ground meat, zucchini, bread crumbs, and salt and pepper. Form into 4 meatloaves and place on baking sheet; brush with Dijon.
  3. Toss apple wedges, rosemary, cayenne, olive oil, and pinch salt; arrange around meatloaves. Bake for 30 minutes or until loaves are cooked (165 ℉).
