  1. Place the pasta in a deep microwave safe bowl. Depending on the size of your bowl, you might need to cook the pasta in 2 rounds to prevent the water from boiling over.
  2. Add water to the bowl, enough to cover the pasta.
  3. Microwave on the highest setting for the time directed on the pasta box plus 3 minutes. If your box says to boil for 8 minutes, you will want to microwave the pasta for 11 minutes.
  4. When the pasta is done cooking, drain the extra water and add in the tomato sauce
  5. Open the canned vegetables and chicken, and drain the liquid they are stored in. Add both to a another microwave safe bowl.
  6. Microwave the chicken and vegetables for 2 minutes or until they are warmed through. Mix them with the pasta and serve!
