Herb Potato Salad

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Place potatoes in medium saucepan with salt and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 12 minutes or until potatoes are done. Drain.
  3. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, and onion powder together.
  4. Combine hot potatoes, dressing, radishes, basil, and thyme. Serve hot or cold.
Recipe Notes

Use Greek yogurt in place of mayonnaise.
