Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, sauté onions and green peppers in oil for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add tomato sauce and spices. Cook until heated through, 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add cooked rice and chicken. Cook until heated through, about 3-5 more minutes. Serve warm.
