Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Sift flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, and salt together.
  3. Add milk, oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Pour batter evenly into the cups.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
