Instructions
  1. Toast the almonds in a dry skillet or pan for 3–4 min. over medium heat, or until lightly browned.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the feta cheese into bite-sized pieces. Toss together in a bowl with the olive oil.
  3. On a large platter, lay out the arugula and top with watermelon and feta. Drizzle balsamic glaze over top, sprinkle with toasted almonds, and serve.
Recipe Notes

Try using basil leaves instead of arugula!
