Instructions
  1. Combine onions, turkey, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and parsley. Mix well.
  2. Shape mixture into four patties.
  3. Fry in a pan on medium heat or grill until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Use ground beef, pork, or chicken in place of ground turkey.
