Tomato Mac ‘n Turkey

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook turkey 7-9 minutes. Drain any grease and return to pan.
  2. Stir onions, scallions, soup, water, pepper, and garlic into turkey. Continue cooking over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir macaroni into tomato sauce. Top with cheese and cook until it melts. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes

Use any type of ground meat in place of ground turkey.

Add 1 green pepper, 8 ounces mushrooms, and/or 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes for added fiber.

Use any type of pasta, smaller pieces work best for this recipe.
