Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine oil and lemon juice.
  2. Dice all the fruits and vegetables and then add to the bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Put in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve cold.
  4. Best served within 24 hours.
Recipe Notes

Make this a meal by adding one can of drained, rinsed, chickpeas or white beans.

This is best eaten within 2 days.
