Potato Beef Casserole

Instructions
  1. Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium high heat, about 8-9 minutes until the meat is browned. Drain fat.
  2. Add mushroom soup and 1/2 can water.
  3. Place potato pieces at bottom of a casserole dish.
  4. Spread meat and soup mixture over potatoes.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until potatoes are tender and casserole is bubbly and browned.
Recipe Notes

Serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
