Okra and Greens
53/4 cup each
  1. In a large heavy pan sauté onions in oil until golden brown.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients(except lemon). Simmer over low heat, covered, until greens are tender, about 5-8 minutes.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice before serving.
Recipe Notes

Use any type of greens in place of spinach, such as kale or collard greens.
