Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spray a piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray.
  3. Place chicken breast and vegetables on lower half of foil. Add water.
  4. Fold upper half of foil over, meeting both end edges of the foil. Seal well.
  5. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.
Recipe Notes

Add your favorite herbs and spices to the foil packets before sealing for extra flavor.
