Instructions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Brush both sides of the chicken with oil.
  3. Broil for 15 minutes or until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.
  4. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  5. Remove chicken from broiler and allow to cool. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Combine chicken with sauce and refrigerate for at least two hours.

You can also cook the chicken on the stove top.
