Baked Apples
41/2 apple
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut apples in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and core.
  3. Place apple halves, cut side up, in a baking dish. Pour water around apples.
  4. Evenly sprinkle brown sugar over apples.
  5. Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes or until apples are tender. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
Recipe Notes

You can make this in the microwave. Prepare apples in a microwave-safe container, and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

If you’d like, top apples with a few raisins before cooking.
