Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix vegetable soup, egg, bread crumbs, green pepper, mustard, salt and pepper together in a medium bowl.
  3. Add ground meat and mix to combine.
  4. Shape into a loaf and place into a shallow baking pan.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes or until an inserted thermometer reads 155°F for 15 seconds.
Recipe Notes

You can add additional vegetables such as chopped onions and carrots to the meat mixture.
