Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown beef, onions and peppers. Drain and discard fat.
  2. Add chili powder, tomato juice, ketchup and beans.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook an additional 15 minutes.

You can use any type of bean in this recipe. Try pinto, black, or cannelini beans.
