  1. Heat grill.
  2. Whisk together 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and thyme in a small bowl.
  3. Cut tuna into 1" chunks and skewer and place on two-three 3" skewers; brush lightly with remaining olive oil.
  4. Grill skewered tuna until fish is opaque and flakes with a fork (145 °F), about 5 minutes, flip, and cook another 5 minutes. Remove from grill.
  5. In a large bowl, toss dressing with all vegetable ingredients. To serve, divide salad on four individual plates; top with tuna.
