  2. Add yogurt and apple juice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
Recipe Notes

If you don’t have a blender, combine the milk, yogurt and juice in a bowl with a whisk or fork. Pour over ice and serve.

You can add frozen or fresh berries to plain or vanilla yogurt in this recipe.
