  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 9" x 9" baking dish.
  2. Combine rice, onion, and garlic into a small bowl and mix well. Place in baking dish. Top with turkey.
  3. In medium bowl, combine broth, milk, flour, and butter. Pour over turkey.
  4. Sprinkle cheese and corn flakes over top and bake for 30 minutes until bubbly. Serve warm.

Recipe Tips

Add bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini or summer squash for added fiber.

Top with avocado slices, diced tomatoes, and red onion.

Keeps in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
