Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 16-ounce can tomatoes
- 1 6-ounce can tuna, drained
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in a medium saucepan. Add onions and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add 1/2 the juice from the tomatoes into the saucepan. Strain the remaining liquid from the tomatoes.
- Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients to the saucepan. Stir and cook until heated through, about 10 minutes.
