Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dice potatoes and cook in a large pot of salted boiling water until soft. Drain and place in a medium bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, toss vinegar, pepper, mayonnaise and yogurt with potato cubes. Set aside.
  3. Break tuna into large pieces.
  4. Add tuna and chopped carrots, onions and celery to potatoes. Toss together.
  5. Cover and refrigerate.

Leave the potato skins on for added fiber and texture.
