Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Mix macaroni, milk, pepper, soup, vegetables, and tuna in a casserole dish.
  3. Combine the crushed cereal and butter together. Sprinkle over casserole.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes until bubbly around the edge.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Allow to set for 5 minutes.
