Directions

  1. Cook meat, onions, and pepper in large skillet until vegetables are tender and meat is browned.
  2. Drain off fat in a strainer until no liquid remains.
  3. Return meat to skillet and add tomatoes, cooked rice, and spices. Heat thoroughly until juice is slightly boiling and an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.
