Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons dill (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 15-ounce can beets, drained
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix the orange juice, mustard, vinegar, oil, sugar, dill, and pepper.
- Add the beets to the bowl and stir to mix with the dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Serve cold.
