Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Brown meat and drain fat. Stir in beans and heat through.
  3. Place cornstarch in a small bowl and add juice from the tomatoes. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the cornstarch mixture to the meat and mix well.
  5. Stir in tomatoes, pepper, onion, chili powder and garlic. Cook and stir until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
  6. Spoon mixture into a 9x13" baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes.

Recipe Tips

Top with your favorite low-fat cheese about 10 minutes before mixture is done cooking.
