Instructions
  1. Mix meat with hot water, tomato paste, and spaghetti in a large saucepan.
  2. Add onion flakes and spices. Cover and bring to a boil.
  3. Lower heat and simmer 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently, until spaghetti is tender.

Try using a whole wheat pasta or ground turkey in place of ground beef.
