Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan. Add celery and onions, and sauté until tender (about 10 minutes). Add water, orange juice, and lemon juice. Bring to boil.
  2. Stir in rice and bring back to boil.
  3. Let stand covered until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in almonds, if using. Serve immediately.
