Succotash with Ground Beef

Ingredients
- 1 cup beef, ground, 85% lean
- 1 cup lima beans, cooked
- 1 14.5-ounce can corn, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, ground (optional)
Directions
- Brown ground beef over medium high heat in a large skillet, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain fat.
- Add lima beans, corn, tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 5 minutes until thoroughly heated.
- If using nutmeg, sprinkle on top before serving.
Recipe Tips
Add 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes for added spice.
