Directions

  1. Brown ground beef over medium high heat in a large skillet, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain fat.
  2. Add lima beans, corn, tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 5 minutes until thoroughly heated.
  3. If using nutmeg, sprinkle on top before serving.

Recipe Tips

Add 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes for added spice.
