Stuffed Squash
41/2 squash each
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and cook onions, garlic, and celery,
  3. Add breadcrumbs and cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Remove mixture from heat and add cheese.
  5. Pack mixture into squash.
  6. Bake squash for 40-50 minutes until tender.

Hard winter squash works best, like acorn or buttercup.
