Directions

  1. Pour water into a mixing bowl. Add egg mixture and blend with a fork.
  2. Add milk and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
  4. Pour in egg mixture. Cook, without stirring, until the mixture begins to set on the bottom and around the edges.
  5. Using a large spoon or spatula, lift and fold partially cooked eggs so uncooked portion flows underneath.
  6. Continue cooking over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until eggs are cooked throughout but are still moist.  Remove from heat immediately.

Serve with whole grain toast and fruit for a hearty breakfast
