Stovetop Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 3/4 cup powdered egg mix
- 2 1/2 tablespoons low fat milk
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon margarine
Directions
- Pour water into a mixing bowl. Add egg mixture and blend with a fork.
- Add milk and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
- Pour in egg mixture. Cook, without stirring, until the mixture begins to set on the bottom and around the edges.
- Using a large spoon or spatula, lift and fold partially cooked eggs so uncooked portion flows underneath.
- Continue cooking over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until eggs are cooked throughout but are still moist. Remove from heat immediately.
