Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13" x 9" baking dish.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork and onions and cook 5-8 minutes until onions soften.
  3. Add thawed spinach and dressing and mix to combine well.
  4. Add cooked pasta and toss to combine well. Pour into baking dish.
  5. Top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  6. Serve warm.

Recipe Tips

Replace the buttermilk dressing with 1, 28-ounce can tomato sauce.

Add any other vegetables desired with onions such as mushrooms, bell peppers, summer squash or zucchini.

Stays in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
