Spinach Pasta with Pork

Ingredients
- 12 ounces pork, ground
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 10-ounce packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup buttermilk dressing
- 16 ounces whole wheat spaghetti cooked al dente
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13" x 9" baking dish.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork and onions and cook 5-8 minutes until onions soften.
- Add thawed spinach and dressing and mix to combine well.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to combine well. Pour into baking dish.
- Top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm.
Recipe Tips
Replace the buttermilk dressing with 1, 28-ounce can tomato sauce.
Add any other vegetables desired with onions such as mushrooms, bell peppers, summer squash or zucchini.
Stays in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
