Spinach Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 13.5-ounce cans spinach
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Directions
- Heat spinach and then drain well.
- Heat butter in a skillet and cook onions until brown, about 5 minutes.
- Combine spinach and onions in a bowl with bread crumbs and mix well.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Drop 1/3 cup of batter at a time on the skillet. Cook both sides of the cake until lightly browned.
