  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef, onion and celery. Drain fat.
  3. Mix in vegetable soup and place in a 2-quart baking dish.
  4. Top with mashed potatoes.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes, until cheese has melted.

Recipe Tips

You can use ground turkey in place of ground beef.
