Directions

  1. Place cut nectarines and avocados onto 4 plates. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with chives.
  2. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet. When it shimmers, add the fish and cook about 3 minutes.
  4. Flip over and cook another 3 minutes or until an inserted thermometer reads 145°F for 15 seconds.
  5. Place a fillet next to the nectarines and avocados. Drizzle with juice from the pan.
