Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well.
  3. In large fry pan, stir together soup, cheese, yogurt and lemon juice. Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
  4. Mix 1/2 cup sauce with spinach and spoon into bottom of large casserole dish.
  5. Add salmon steaks to casserole dish and spoon remaining sauce mixture over them.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until an inserted thermometer reads 145°F for 15 seconds.
