Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook 5-7 minutes until cooked. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  2. To the skillet, add onion and cook about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Add garlic, broccoli and carrots and cook another 3-4 minutes, until almost tender.
  4. Return pork to skillet. Combine soy sauce, molasses and water in a bowl. Add to skillet and bring to a boil.
  5. Add pasta to pork mixture and continue cooking over medium heat until pasta is heated through and combined well in the mixture.
  6. Serve warm and top with peanuts.

Recipe Tips

Use honey or sugar in place of molasses.

Use any type of meat such as chicken, turkey, or beef.

Add 2 cups of spinach, zucchini, summer squash, or mushrooms for added fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
