Roasted Turnips
61/2 cup each
  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Wash turnips. If they are small, cut into wedges. If they are large, cut them into a large dice.
  3. In a bowl, toss turnips with olive oil, onion, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour out into a baking dish (13 x 9 works best).
  4. Roast for about 30 minutes or until turnips begin to soften, stirring halfway through.
Recipe Notes

Serve as a side with roasted meat or add to other roasted vegetables.
