Rice-Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup bread crumbs (1 1/2 slices of bread)
- 1 cup non fat dry milk powder
- 1 cup American cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon dried onion, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Spread in a greased 8x8 baking pan.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until center is set and the top turns golden brown.
