Ingredients

Directions

  1. Drain and cube tofu.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until browned, about 8 minutes
  3. Add soy sauce, onion, sugar, and ginger to pork.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
  5. Add tofu and continue cooking until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.
  6. Add green onion (scallions) to top and serve.
