Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine minced onion, bouillon, onion powder, parsley, pepper, paprika and breadcrumbs in a small bowl.
  2. Spread mustard over pork chops and then dredge chops through breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Place onions in a lightly greased baking dish. Put pork chops on top of onions, and peppers on top of pork chops.
  4. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes until chops are cooked through.

Recipe Tips

Serve over white or brown rice.

Pork should register 145 degrees F internal temperature.

Stays in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
