Onion Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons minced onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 4-ounce pork chops, center-cut
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 2 medium red bell peppers, sliced into strips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine minced onion, bouillon, onion powder, parsley, pepper, paprika and breadcrumbs in a small bowl.
- Spread mustard over pork chops and then dredge chops through breadcrumb mixture.
- Place onions in a lightly greased baking dish. Put pork chops on top of onions, and peppers on top of pork chops.
- Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes until chops are cooked through.
Recipe Tips
Serve over white or brown rice.
Pork should register 145 degrees F internal temperature.
Stays in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
