One Pan Potatoes & Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, cut into 3/4 in cubes, boiled until tender
- 16 ounces chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cubed
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 14.5-ounce can corn, drained
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil on high for 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes; cook until potatoes are lightly browned.
- Add salsa and corn. Cook until heated through.
