Mini Green Bean Fritattas

Ingredients
- 1 cup green bean casserole (or frozen green beans, thawed)
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 large egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup lowfat milk
- 1/2 cup cheese, feta (or mozarella, Parmesan or Cheddar)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly oil a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, combine green beans, eggs, milk, garlic powder, and salt.
- Divide mixture evenly between tins and top evenly with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
