Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Cook noodles according to directions. Place on a single layer on wax paper, or a greased cookie sheet, to cool.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce and stir well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cheeses and add garlic powder.
  4. Spoon cheese mixture over noodles. Roll up and place seam-side down in a greased pan. Cover with sauce.
  5. Cover pan with foil and bake 30-40 minutes.

Recipe Tips

Substitute ricotta cheese for cottage cheese.

Serve with a simple salad of lettuce and tomatoes dressed with a little olive oil.
