Lasagna Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 8 ounce box lasagna noodles
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 26-ounce jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Cook noodles according to directions. Place on a single layer on wax paper, or a greased cookie sheet, to cool.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce and stir well.
- In a large bowl, combine cheeses and add garlic powder.
- Spoon cheese mixture over noodles. Roll up and place seam-side down in a greased pan. Cover with sauce.
- Cover pan with foil and bake 30-40 minutes.
Recipe Tips
Substitute ricotta cheese for cottage cheese.
Serve with a simple salad of lettuce and tomatoes dressed with a little olive oil.
