  1. Preheat oven to at 375ºF. Combine flour and salt in a shallow dish.
  2. Roll chicken in flour mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.
  3. Combine honey and lemon juice. Remove chicken from oven, place it in a bowl and coat chicken pieces with honey mixture.
  4. Return chicken to the baking sheet. Lower oven to 350ºF and bake chicken another 15 minutes.

Serve over rice or noodles.
