Grilled Cheese with Peaches

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-low heat. (Your stove may need a higher or lower setting, but start lower just in case.)
  2. Place 4 slices of bread in the pan.
  3. Layer onto the bread (in this order) one slice of cheese, a handful of spinach, 4 to 6 peach slices, another slice of cheese, and top with another slice of bread.
  4. After 4 to 5 minutes, flip each sandwich and cook another 4 to 5 minutes.

Recipe Tips

If you're using 4 oz. peach cups, drain 3 for this recipe.

If you're using halved peaches, slice or dice them before adding to the sandwich.
