Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt, low fat
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 cups cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except cucumber and onion in a large bowl.
- Stir in cucumbers and onions.
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes prior to serving to blend flavors.
