Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup non fat milk
- 2 cups frozen vegetables
Directions
- Melt margarine in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in the flour and pepper. Cook until mixture is smooth.
- Stir in milk, heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 1 minute. Stir in vegetables. Heat thoroughly and serve.
