Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried (optional)
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
- 2 cups milk, low-fat
- 12 ounces frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1 14.5-ounce can creamed corn
Directions
- In medium saucepan, cook onion and celery in margarine until tender, about 4 minutes. Add thyme.
- Add potato; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add milk. Cover and simmer on low heat 15 minutes or until potato is tender.
- Stir in both cans of corn; heat through.
