  1. In a medium saucepan combine beans, salsa and cumin.
  2. Heat over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in orange juice.
  4. To serve, spoon 1/2 cup of bean mixture into bowls and place a small spoon of sour cream on top. Sprinkle with the green onions.
